As an abortion doula, I support you from the moment you begin considering abortion. I support you through making empowered and informed decisions for you, your body, and your family. All of my abortion services are available in person or virtually. 

My abortion doula services are personalized based on your needs and desires, and can include: abortion education and counseling, support throughout your medication abortion or surgical abortion procedure, and follow up visits. I offer both hourly doula care and care packages. ​

As an abortion doula, my role involves emotional and physical support, education, and advocacy. I personalize my services based on my client's needs, but a "typical" package can include:

• Pre-abortion Visits
  2 visits, usually lasting 1-3 hours each
  Possible themes include: abortion education, emotional processing, your care needs and desires, self-advocacy, comfort measures, and partner or family's support role
• Abortion Support 
  On the day of your medication or surgical abortion, I am available to support you in the ways that you desire. This might include answering your questions and concerns, joining you at home if you are accessing a medication abortion or meeting you at the clinic if you are accessing a surgical abortion, attending the procedure with you, emotional, physical, and practical support throughout and immediately after your abortion. 
• Follow-up Visits
  2 visits, usually lasting 1-3 hours each
  Possible themes include: comfort measures, abortion experience processing, grief and loss counseling, family support.​

I believe that everyone deserves an abortion doula. If cost is a barrier to you accessing doula care, I can work with you through one of the grant-funded organizations that I contract with. Please get in touch! I can submit a referral for you once we have had our initial consultation. 

​That being said, if you have the resources to pay, my abortion doula services can be billed hourly or we can create a package that meets your needs.
